Then did a smaller sheet of brown. I've painted on the brown, used brown construction paper, even color white paper brown and do brown water color for a resist-totally your choice, all work fine. We scribbled browns all over, crumpled...You got it! We scribbled browns all over, crumpled it up and then cut out rectangles for the tree. I tried to paint it but I found the brown, scribble paper looked more tree-like.
